Ever watched a web series? It's a kind of exciting media format. A few years ago, The Lizzie Bennet Diaries made a splash by taking Pride & Prejudice and updating it into a YouTube series. It won an EMMY.
Now, the same company, Pemberley Digital (one of the multi-talented Hank Green's projects) is adapting Emma - and I've been watching "Emma Approved" since it launched in October last year. I'm loving it. It's two episodes a week, and the guy that plays Knightley is DISHY.
Epidsode 1 is below for your viewing pleasure.
The series is currently on hiatus, so it's a really good time to catch up before it starts again in February.
The other cool thing? Emma Approved is supported by a raft of complemantary social media!
Website - http://EmmaApproved.com
Twitter - https://twitter.com/EmmaApproved
Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/EmmaApproved
Tumblr - http://EmmaApproved.tumblr.com/
Google + - http://gplus.to/EmmaApproved
They've even gone so far as to write an in-character blog for Emma. It's pretty cool. I like the fashion posts.
Do you watch web series? Recommend me one!
Sarah Suggests is an ongoing serious in which I will highlight stuff I
think is cool. It might be a book, a movie, a tv show, a magazine,
podcast, song - whatever!

I've never watched a web series, though I did come up with an idea for one just before Christmas :)
